1. He Modify his name to Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh in about 1997 on request of their multi religion followers. Ram Belongs to ‘Hindu’ Rahim Belongs to ‘Muslim’ and Singh belongs to ‘Sikh’

2. Again he modify his name to Saint Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Insan in 2007. Insan surname is mandatory for all of his followers after a special milk ceremony.
